Club Meeting – August 19, 6:30 PM Deicke Park, Huntley

Let’s meet at Deicke Park in Huntley, IL. We will be at one of the first Pavillions near the park entrance. Social time 6:30-7pm. Meeting 7pm-7:30. Planning the fall events, last chance for the 8/20 weekend up to Big Snow Resort in Wakefield, MI. Promote the 9/11 Penn., W. Virginia Ride by club member Nestor. Falling Leaf Rally info. Tomah BMW Getaway October details. And, we’ll top it off with a quick ride down to nearby Huntley Dairy Mart 7:30-8 for ice cream for whomever wants to stay.

My bame is Francesco Madaro, I have family in Hunyley amd I will be visiting them in August. I am a passionate rider of BMW bikes. I saw you are going to host an event in Huntley 19th. I would love to join if possible. I am going to be arojnf Huntleh for three weeks, it would be great if I coild renr a bike for ride!

Hi Francesco, we will be at Deicke Park in Huntley off Route 47 for the club meeting. We will be at one of the covered pavilions in the park. Hopefully the weather will cooperate. Stop by. Social hour is from 6:30pm to 7 p.m., with the meeting following from 7-7:3 pm and then we plan on riding a short distance to the Huntley Dairy Mart for ice cream. Regarding renting a motorcycle, I am not personally aware of where you can do that, but there is Woodstock Harley-Davidson which carries multiple brands, Cyclewerks BMW in Barrington, and Fox River Harley Davidson in St. Charles which also carries BMWs and other brands. You might try calling them.
